My experience
From performing arts to music, and from local action to international exchanges, my career combines specialized technical skills, a European perspective and a deep commitment to every project I work on.
Professional journey
Since 2018, I have worked as an independent consultant, supporting cultural organisations of all sizes in achieving international recognition for their projects.
My expertise lies in the performing arts, early music and heritage sectors, but I also have a strong interest in cross-sectoral issues such as contemporary music, AI and cultural policies.
International networks, such as A Soul for Europe, the International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts (IETM), the European Festivals Association (EFA) and Culture Action Europe, play an important role in my professional practice.
My focus areas include the role of artistic creation and practice in everyday life, the development and vitality of cultural ecosystems, the relationship between the local and the international, and sustainability and democracy issues.
Previously, I was the administrator of the theatre company Image Aiguë, directed by Christiane Véricel. The company has worked with child and adult performers in over 40 countries. In this role, I developed projects with strong support from the European Union, particularly throughout Europe, as well as in Georgia, Morocco and China.
I began my career in Moselle, leading projects combining performances for young audiences and visual arts in rural and cross-border areas with European funding. This experience was formative for my professional identity, which is rooted in cultural engagement and international cooperation.
