Examples of assignments

The projects I am working on are at different stages of development. The starting point is understanding where your idea fits within your organisation, vision and ecosystem, so that we can build a tailor-made approach that best meets your objectives.

  • An intensive working session to help structure a project

A French theatre company was developing an innovative system for disseminating contemporary texts in collaboration with partners in Romania and Ukraine. We designed an intensive two-day workshop to help them structure their project, clarifying their objectives and adapting the project format accordingly. We also helped them formulate activities and a work programme based on the partners' expectations and capabilities. The team then used this framework to draft their Creative Europe grant application.

  • Support for innovation within an established project.

A European consortium of contemporary music universities and creative teams wanted to enhance their collaboration in the training of young composers. Following a period of collective reflection, we assisted them in assimilating into the prevailing format of the academy, incorporating AI as a tool and companion in musical composition and performance. Additionally, we diversified the international partnership, thereby conferring upon the project a more European impetus.

  • Partner meetings and report writing

A European network commissioned us to organise and facilitate two partner meetings, with the aim of fostering successful cooperation. The aim was to ensure that all partners had a clear understanding of the project and its technical implementation requirements. The network also asked us to support their team in preparing the final technical and financial reports.

  • Designing a professional meeting

A network of French cultural centres wanted to develop a new concept for meetings between its members, focused on collective thinking and knowledge sharing. We designed a programme of visits, conferences and debates across several itineraries (on foot, by bike, by bus) to deliver high-quality presentations in a convivial and experiential environment. The network adopted this format for subsequent events.

Clients

I work with a variety of cultural organisations in France and across Europe, including festivals, networks, and artist collectives. I adapt my approach to each context, taking into account the specific objectives, the complexity of the project, time constraints, and the internal capabilities of your team.
